This highly respected financial services company retained TillmanCarlson to assist them in planning for succession while strengthening the company's technology related services. In light of the fact the current incumbent and Head of Operations and Technology would continue to play a pivotal role, the sensitivities surrounding the recruitment of a Chief Technology Officer were critically important.
