TillmanCarlson Recruits Stephen Hawrysz As Chief Financial Officer For Eagle Test Systems, Inc.

Oak Brook, IL (March 8, 2004) - TillmanCarlson recruits Stephen Hawrysz as Chief Financial Officer for Eagle Test Systems, Inc.

Hawrysz joins Eagle Test Systems from Participate Systems where he was Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Participate Systems, Hawrysz served as Chief Financial Officer of Westell Technologies, Inc., where he oversaw their Initial Public Offering and ultimately secured over $144 million dollars in financing for the company. Earlier he served as Assistant Controller for Wisconsin Central LTD, and he began his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen.

Hawrysz holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Illinois at Chicago. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
