TillmanCarlson Recruits Carlos Galarce As Chief Information Officer For SSA Global Technologies, Inc.
Oak Brook, IL (March 31, 2004) - TillmanCarlson recruits Carlos Galarce as Chief Information Officer for SSA Global Technologies, Inc.
Galarce joins SSA Global from APAC Customer Services where he was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer and led the delivery of the infrastructure and client solutions for outsourced Customer Relationship Management and Call Center services. Prior to APAC, Galarce served as Director, Information Technology of Sears Roebuck's Home Services Division. He also held IT leadership positions at Automatic Data Processing (ADP), Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and General Motors.
Galarce holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Michigan. He has also completed the Executive Development Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
