TillmanCarlson Recruits Ross Manire To Eagle Test Systems Board of Directors

Oak Brook, IL (June 7, 2004) - TillmanCarlson recruits Ross Manire to Eagle Test Systems Board of Directors.

Manire has been Chairman and CEO of ClearLinx Network Corporation, a wireless network company, since September 2002. Manire was previously President of Flextronics Enclosures, a division of Flextronics International, from September 2000 until August 2002. He was the President and CEO of Chatham Technologies, Inc., which merged with Flextronics in September 2000. Prior to joining Chatham in 1999, Manire was Senior Vice President of the Carrier Systems Business Unit of 3Com Corporation. Previously, he served in various executive positions with U.S. Robotics including Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Operations, and General Manager, Network Systems Division.

Manire holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from The University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Davidson College.
