TillmanCarlson Recruits Angela Talton As Senior Vice President, Global Call Center Operations For The Nielsen Company
Oak Brook, IL (October 1, 2007) – TillmanCarlson recruits Angela Talton as Senior Vice President, Global Call Center Operations for The Nielsen Company.
Talton joins Nielsen from Sears Holdings Corporation, where she most recently served as Divisional Vice President, Inbound Services & Operations, with general management responsibility for four inbound & outbound call centers. Prior to Sears, Talton spent thirteen years with Alltel Communications, most recently as Vice President, Business Processes. Previously, as Director, Financial Services at Alltel, Talton led nine call centers and was responsible for creating and maintaining key financial services vendor relationships. Earlier, Talton spent seven years with VanGuard Cellular Systems, where she served in a variety of operational and call center leadership roles.
Talton holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina.
