Chicago, IL (September 8, 2009) – TillmanCarlson iis pleased to announce the recruitment of Robert Border as Senior Vice President, Information Technology for Lawson Products, Inc.
Border most recently served as Managing Director, Information Technology for Midwest Generation where he was the top IT leader for this $1 billion subsidiary of Edison Mission Energy. Prior to Midwest Generation, Border served as Chief Information Officer for Merisant Worldwide, the former tabletop sweetener division of Monsanto. Earlier, Border spent fourteen years with Monsanto where he served in a variety of international project management and SAP leadership positions.
Border holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science from Illinois State University.
