TillmanCarlson Recruits Chief Financial Officer for ExteNet Systems, Inc.
Chicago, IL (October 10, 2010) – TillmanCarlson is pleased to announce the recruitment of Daniel Timm as Chief Financial Officer for ExteNet Systems, Inc.
Timm most recently served as a Portfolio Principal with GTCR, one of the world’s leading private equity firms. He spent seven years with the firm and focused on strategic, operational and financial issues at the portfolio company level. Previously, Timm served as Chief Financial Officer for Chatham Technologies, and President and Chief Operating Officer for The Bruss Company. In addition, he began his career in audit with Coopers & Lybrand and also served in the mergers & acquisitions practice.
Timm holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
