TillmanCarlson Recruits IT Program Management Leadership Team for Whirlpool Corporation
Chicago, IL (January 15, 2011) – TillmanCarlson is pleased to announce the successful recruitment of three key leaders to assist Whirlpool’s CIO, Kevin Summers.
As Director, Global Program Management, Services, Beckie Schultz joins Whirlpool from Kennametal, Inc. where she most recently served as Global Applications Director. Previously, Schultz spent nine years with Ford Motor where she most recently served as Chief Information Officer and Director, Information Technology for Ford’s Customer Service Division (FCSD) with responsibility for portfolio and relationship management for all FCSD business functions.
Schultz holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Lutheran University.
As GIS Director, NAR Supply Chain, Global Information Systems, Nitin Kasbekar joins Whirlpool from Philips Healthcare were he served as Director, Integrated Customer Services. Previously, Kasbekar served as Director, Business Systems and Processes and Divisional CIO for the Power Systems Division of Cooper Industries, and spent twelve years with General Electric where he most recently served in variety of large program management roles in supply chain, customer service, engineering, and manufacturing for GE Healthcare.
Nasbekar holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Marquette University, a Master’s degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Kansas State University and a Bachelor’s degree Electronics & Communications Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, India.
As Director, Global Program Management, Online, Srividya Ramkumar most recently served as Director, IT eCommerce for OfficeMax where she developed and executed the technology strategy for all of the company’s websites, supporting both consumer and B2B portals as well as the linkage to their catalog. Previously, Ramkumar served as Delivery Manager, IT eCommerce for Sears.
Ramkumar holds a Master’s degree in Biological Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, India.
