TillmanCarlson Recruits Paul Hineman as Vice President, Call Center Operations for Nielsen Holdings N.V.
Chicago, IL (June 1, 2011) – TillmanCarlson is pleased to announce the recruitment of Paul Hineman as Vice President, Call Center Operations for Nielsen Holdings N.V.
Hineman joins Nielsen after six years with WellCare Health Plans, Inc. where he most recently served as Vice President, Customer Service Operations. Prior to WellCare, Hineman spent nine years with Capital One Financial Corporation where he served in a variety of operational and call center leadership roles, and he began his career with The Gap.
Hineman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
