TillmanCarlson Recruits IT Leadership Team for Zimmer Holdings, Inc.

Chicago, IL (June 1, 2010) – TillmanCarlson is pleased to announce the successful recruitment of four key leaders to assist Zimmer's CIO, Raj Kushwaha in driving a significant IT transformation.

As Vice President, PMO & Business Transformation, Edwina Lenz joins Zimmer after eleven years with Johnson & Johnson where she most recently served as Worldwide Vice President, Program Management for Project Crossroads with responsibility for the Medical Devices and Diagnostics sector’s global SAP deployment program  Previously, she also served as the CIO for DePuy Orthopaedics, and she began her career with the Kellogg Company in a variety of international IT roles.

As Vice President, Core Technologies, Mark Belk will be responsible for Zimmer's vendor management and outsourcing strategies.  Most recently, Belk served as Vice President, Global Information Services & SAP Program Leader for Avnet, Inc.  Earlier he served as Chief Information Officer for ConAgra’s Armour Eckrich Meats division while playing a key role in the company’s IT transformation and ongoing SAP implementation, and he began his career with Exelon, Tellabs and Kimball International.

As Vice President, Global SAP Program, Laura Krupka will be responsible for providing IT leadership support for Zimmer's multiyear SAP transformation initiative while establishing the Global SAP Center of Excellence.  Krupka most recently served as Vice President, Data Management & Reporting at Beam Global Spirits & Wine and the Global SAP Program Director for Bacardi-Martini BV.  She also served as Director, Enterprise Systems for PepsiCo, and she began her career with SAP, PwC and KPMG.

Finally, as Vice President, IT Business Relationship Management, Scott Caudill will be responsible for driving a business partner IT model across Zimmer's organization to ensure alignment of business initiatives and the overall IT roadmap.  Caudill joins Zimmer after eight years with Johnson & Johnson where he most recently served as Worldwide Director, Information Technology for DePuy Orthopaedics.
